Job Description

An experienced Warehouse Manager, ideally from a manufacturing background is required on a permanent basis to work in Coventry.

* Understanding the flow of goods

* Material management and delivery process

* Used to managing a team – developing, leading, motivating

* Use of FIFO and LIFO

* Using a manual system and support changes to bar code system

* Problem solving

* Stock takes and Stock accuracy

* Meeting Health & Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost targets

* Monitor and measure KPI's

* Implement work audits

* Contribute to strategies, policies and budgets

* Manage and control all waste

* Support Kaizen activities
