Job Description
We Care Bespoke are looking for passionate, committed and dedicated Support Workers to work across Newcastle and the surrounding areas.
Due to an increase in demand for We Care Bespoke services, we currently have roles for support workers across Newcastle and the surrounding areas. These roles are within our mother and baby packages, independent supported living services and community outreach and activities. Some of these are within the family home on a shift basis and may involve working a combination of days, night shifts and sleepovers on a rota system. Weekend work will be required, full driving license and access to transport is desirable (business insurance would be required).
The ideal candidates will have at least 6 months’ experience supporting children and young people and experience of challenging behaviours, although we would also welcome applicants from other care sectors who have similar skills and experience. Essential minimum NVQ Level 2 in children and young people or related.
