Job Description

Our client has an exciting opportunity for an Account Manager to join the team.

Location: Derby – Hybrid

Salary: £35 – 40K per annum

Work Pattern: 2-3 days in the office

Account Manager – The Role:

We are one of the UK’s biggest accountancy & Advisory firms that offer a range of financial solutions. Due to continuous growth over the past couple of years, we are now looking for someone to join us in helping to maintain our (current and future) client base.

Reporting to our Sage 200 Sales Manager, you will join our existing Sales team. Whilst a working knowledge of the Sage marketplace and/or business software would be a distinct advantage, we can provide guidance and support in this area. What is essential is an understanding of business processes and the core concepts of account management.

Crucial to all applicants will be enthusiasm, focus, a sense of urgency and a good work ethic. Customer service is very important to our company, so a customer-first attitude, a strong sense of empathy along with a desire to provide a quality service to your clients and colleagues is non-negotiable.

Account Manager – Key Responsibilities:

– Managing new and existing client accounts

– Client visits and consultations

– Provide a high level of customer service

– Develop relationships within the industry

Account Manager – You:

– Experience with sage is desirable, but not essential.

– Experience in IT, SAAS or Tech Business.

– Experience in a customer service or account manager role
