Are you an experienced Office Administrator or Office Manager looking for your next role?

The role:

Being the first point of contact for a construction firm in Birmingham
Ensuring smooth running of the office and front of house
Providing PA support to the Managing Director
Processing contracts and tenders
Ensuring company databases are up to date and the information is accurate
Maintaining the social media and website. The ideal candidate:

Has strong experience as an Office Coordinator or Office Administrator
Can communicate with clients and staff at all levels
Excellent accuracy with spelling, grammar and numbers
