Job Description
We are currently recruiting for a highly motivated and ambitious Accounts Trainee on behalf of our client a cutting-edge growing organisation based in Glasgow.
This role is all about supporting the Finance business function, liaising with some external stakeholders and internal staff across the group. This position will provide an opportunity to further your career with study support, with full study support and training to progress to an ACCA /CIMA qualification.
THE ROLE
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Bank reconciliations
• VAT analysis
• Variance analysis
• Overhead accruals and balance sheet reconciliation
• Assistance with intercompany reconciliation
• Reporting
• Adhoc tasks as required
REQUIREMENTS
Degree/ HND / AAT level 2 or working towards professional Accountancy qualification ACCA/CIMA/ICAS
Strong academic performance is important so we know that you're ready or currently working towards your professional accountancy exams. However, we understand things don't always go to plan, and experience in the accounts sector can be just as important.
