Eden Brown recruitment are representing an established Architectural studio seeking an experienced Architectural Technologist!
With work across a variety of sectors and a mix of scale projects, this consultancy are seeking a technically biased individual initially to focus on the technical delivery stages, however, will be exposed to all stages in due course! With project variation from high end residential, though to mixed-use, education and MOD, this consultancy can deliver a unique experience ensuring there never be a dull day.
To be considered for the role you will have;
A minimum 3 years' experience of working on and understanding of current UK building regulations
Be CIAT Chartered Architectural Technologist, qualified by experience considered
A keen eye for design as well as the technical skills in working with new and existing buildings
Fast, efficient and excellent knowledge of REVIT
Knowledge of NBS, specification writing and tender preparation
Excellent communication skillsThis is a friendly and successful company with low staff turnover and well-regarded output.
