Astute are proudly partnered with a global client who are looking for an Asset Manager to join the business. The client offers operations and maintenance (O&M) services to their clients across the UK and are looking for an Asset Manager to take overall ownership for a portfolio of rooftop solar assets, ensuring successful delivery of the contracted scope of services.
Roles & Responsibilities
Reporting directly to the Senior Operations Manager, as an Asset Manager, you will be responsible for:
Primary contact for site owners, managing all customer queries, ensuring they are dealt with promptly and to the highest standards
Management of all contracts and agreements associated with the sites, ensuring that all requirements and obligations are met and managing all breaches on behalf of the owners.
Managing internal and external resources to plan works with production maximisation as the goal, helping to define and manage the annual OPEX budgets
Primary contact for site owners, managing all customer queries, ensuring they are dealt with promptly and to the highest standards
Skills & Qualifications
We are looking for someone with the following:
Experience in managing the Technical Operations of rooftop solar assets or similar technologies
Understanding of Solar Technology, solar farms operations, SCADA systems and UK HSE Legislation
Proven track record with managing contracts, read, understand and enforce contracts effectively
