Digital Product Manager – Permanent – London – c£70k + Car Allowance + up to 30% Bonus
We're looking to recruit a Group Digital Product Manager to join a large and expanding company within the FMCG / Consumer Goods / Food industry who are embarking on an exciting digital transformation.
This is a truly exciting role as you will be the first Product Manager within the organisation and as such will play a key role in building out a new Product Function.
This role is going to offer the successful candidate fantastic opportunities for career progression and training so we're looking for an ambitious Digital Product Manager with a minimum of 3 years' experience who can demonstrate a real flare for building awesome digital products that consumers will love.
Working on exciting greenfield products you will be the voice of the consumer and will provide strategic direction to help their digital products evolve.
Responsibilities:
Work with stakeholders across the business to define and prioritise the product roadmap and key product features and make sure it's aligned with the business strategy.
Lead ideation, design, support requirement gathering and launch of new features
Work closely with UX researchers and designers to continually improve and ensure products have great user experience.
Be an advocate for product management and help grow the culture of consumer centric approach.
Understand the strategic and competitive position and deliver features that are aligned with long-term goals. Experience
Extensive experience in full product lifecycle, integrating consumer feedback into product features and driving prioritisation.
Excellent at managing stakeholders and a great leader.
A natural ability to quantify business benefits, measure trade-offs and define relative business value and service cost.
Strong organisational, problem-solving and communication skills.
Strong analytical, prioritisation and negotiating skills
Usability and customer-focused design experience a plusThis company have a hybrid working model and you will be required to work in the office 1-2 days a week.
