Bookkeeping CO-Ordinator

£28,000 – £33,000 + Training + Life insurance + Flexibility + 34 Days Holiday

Are you an AAT qualified Bookkeeper looking for a long-term flexible role within a market leading Accountancy firm which will offer you 34 days holiday, the ability to put your home life first and progression pathways?

On offer is the opportunity to join a tight knit Accountancy firm which have a focus on their staff's wellbeing.

Your role would involve overseeing 2 direct reports. You will schedule Bookkeeping to ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner, as well as handle the books of the companies top 10 clients.

The company have a huge focus on work life balance with core hours of 10am-4pm, giving you the opportunity to work 7.5hrs a day when it suits you. They will often give employees the flexibility to attend appointments and family events without the need to take annual leave.

This role would suit a Bookkeeper looking for a varied and autonomous role with great benefits including life insurance, eye tests, a day off on your birthday and social events.
