Salary Details:
Salary is £30,000-£40,000 NEG DOE + bonus + benefits.
Sales Consultant or Business Development Manager required for a small yet busy team within the world of motorsport and based in Silverstone, Northamptonshire.
We are also looking for a Junior or Trainee Sales Consultant within the same business:
The role as a Business Development Manager:
* Your rota will be Monday to Friday (Apply online only), there may be opportunities to work weekends during busy / peak periods (for overtime or time in lieu)
* Your day to day will vary between handling customer enquiries, assembling products for the customers, arranging orders for dispatch, updating content on company website, stock control etc
* You will be responsible, along with your team, for the showroom to ensure it is merchandised and tidy at all times
The Suitable candidate for this Business Development Manager role:
* Must be an enthusiastic, self-motivated, self-starter with an interest in or working knowledge of motorsport
* May have worked within a mechanical setting or have an interest in tinkering with rally or racing cars
* Will possess the skillset to advise customers on what products they need to be used in their planned application
* Must be able to update website content and market the business as well as seeking new opportunities within the market
* Could come from a parts advisory role within the automotive sector, preferably high performance cars
* Should be IT proficient with working knowledge of CRMs and MS Office applications
* Shall be flexible and diverse as this role is not just sales based
* Will have an interest (minimum) or working knowledge (desirable) of motorsport products, parts and components
