Area: Hammersmith & Fulham / Kensington & Chelsea / Westminster
Salary: £32,000 – £34,000

Role: Remedial works & Installs

My client a leading Social Housing Contractors are currently seeking a Carpenter to come on board for there social housing reactive maintenance contracts.
This role is within the social housing reactive maintenance sector covering domestic properties across Wesminster. This is a perm position so a Van & Fuel card will be provided.

Duties include:

• Doors
• Skirts
• Architraves
• 1st fix carpentry
• 2nd fix carpentry
• repairs

Requirements:

* NVQ in Carpentry (or Time Served Experience)

* Multi Trade Experience

* Social Housing Experience

* UK Driving License
