Job Description
We have an excellent opportunity to join an established family-run precision machine company based in the Gloucester area. They have a healthy order book and along with restructuring and investment plans this is the perfect time to join the team. Our client is looking for an experienced CNC Turner to assist the busy team.
Responsibilities
Good knowledge and experience in setting and operating lathes.
Programming experience would be an advantage.
Experience using Fanuc controls.
A good knowledge of cutting data is desirable to machine aluminium and stainless steel for the Aerospace, oil and gas and high technical industries.
The Person
Extensive experience in manufacturing.
Experience working within Sub-con precision machine shop.
Experience working to ISO9001 standards.
Working Hours
Monday to Thursday 7.30am-4pm, Friday 7.30am-3pm.
39 Hour week (overtime available).
Pay Rate
£13-16 per hour
33 days annual leave (including bank holidays).
