Job Description

A Client Account Administrator is required ASAP in Hitchin. £17,000 – £19500 per year. Permanent position. Career Progression. On Site Parking. Monday to Friday. Referal Scheme. This is a fantastic opportunity for fast career progression.

Shifts available: 08:00 to 16:00
Monday to Friday
Salary: £17,000 – £19500 per yearDuties include:

Answering phone and email enquiries from clients and potential clients and transfer where necessary
Assisting with the production of customer documentation
Monitor and cover various tasks during annual leave and days off within the Accounts Management Team
Maintaining records, producing reports, updating excel spreadsheets and electronic databaseSkills Required:

A-levels or equivalent along with Excel experience
Administration experience
Excellent communication and Organisation skills
Excellent IT skills along with a good attitude
Reliable with proven attention to detail
Experience with dealing with Business rates (desirable)
University graduate (desirable)
Experience with Adobe (desirable)What we offer you:
