Job Description
Customer Service Administrator
– Gloucester
– Full time, Permanent
– £21,000 – £23,000 per annum
The ideal candidate will have good communication skills, an excellent telephone manner and good at balancing tasks. They should have a good knowledge of spreadsheets and excellent IT skills.
Main Responsibilities:
Answering calls.
Responding to customer emails.
Generating quotes.
Managing customer expectations.
Dealing with general customer issues.
Assisting the sales and customer service teams.
Taking payments and sending pay links.
Handling customer returns.
Handling back orders.What you will need:
A basic audio knowledge is preferred.
Strong customer communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure.
Good telephone manner.
Ability to balance multiple tasks.
Punctual when working to tight deadlines.
Teamwork.
