Job Description
Randstad C&P are currently looking for a Facilities Coordinator to join a national FM company to deliver an effective and efficient service to the clients.
Responsibilities:
Assist and support with the daily operations and service delivery
Maintain and develop strong relationships with clients and contractors
Create and manage reports on a weekly and monthly basis
Deal with internal and external communications
Ensure clients' KPIs are consistently met
Oversee the financial management of owned accounts and make improvements to the Debt management and WIP processThe ideal candidate:
Experience of service delivery or client support role within a Facilities Management environment
Strong IT skills
Flexible working approach
Relationship building skills
Work effectively under pressure
