Job Description
Tradewind Recruitment is working closely with an outstanding oversubscribed secondary school based in Ealing, is looking to recruit Learning Support Assistant to join their supportive team from September 2022.
This secondary school is in the top 120 schools for student's process, nationally. They offer a wide range of inhouse training opportunities within the SEN field to all Teaching Assistants, plus many of their former Learning Support Assistant have gone on to join their Teaching Training Programme
As the appointed Learning Support Assistant, you will be supporting Key Stage 3 and 4 students in class with their core subjects. Experience supporting children with Autism is desirable but not essential. There are opportunities to deliver interventions and teach small groups. Candidates with Maths, Science, English or Sports related degrees are desirable but not essential.
This support role will give you a great opportunity to develop your classroom experience and it will help you to understand different abilities and work with different experienced teachers! A positive and motivated Teaching Assistant would be an excellent addition to the school!
This role is:
Available on a full time – long-term basis
Starting in September 2022 until July 2023 for the right candidate.
Interested applicants must be able to communicate well with students and have a great knowledge in all subjects.
As the successful applicant you will be supported and guided by experienced teachers and support staff.
