Our client, a contractor in Nuclear Projects requires a strong commercial Manager to work on a current project structured using NEC3 form of contract. The client requires an Individual with customer facing expertise to mediate with the client and agree claims and compensation events throughout the project. Position is inside IR35, and some travel to site for a couple of days a month would be required
