Job Description
Background –
This is a great chance for a Lead Nurse to join a GP practice in Swindon that is looking to further improve its multi-disciplined team of clinicians. It's a great chance for a Practice Nurse who is experienced with leadership and management to take the reins of a nursing tea, or for someone looking to step into a role with more responsibility!
You will be able to utilise your own leadership style and work closely with management and the Partners at the practice, to ensure that the nursing team is firing on all cylinders and delivering exceptional care to all patients!
Salary – £40,000 – £45,000 per annum + NHS pension + 5 weeks annual leave + BH
Location – Swindon

Full-time Lead Nurse over four or five days per week
