Job Description
Overall Terms of Employment POSITION: Contracts Manager EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Permanent staff position subject to a probationary period of three months ROLE: As per the attached Roles and responsibilities LINE MANAGED BY: The Directors LINE MANAGING: Site operatives / sub-contractors SALARY: £50 to 55,000 per annum, payable monthly in arrears. BONUS: A bonus calculated at a rate of £0.10 per m² of paving installed, handed over and paid for (current annual budget indication 45,000m²) COMPANY VEHICLE: A Ford Ranger Cab-back pick up, with remuneration of fuel costs for business use excluding travel from home to office in accordance with HMRC rules. HOLIDAYS: 23 days annual leave of which 3 days shall be taken to coincide with the industry shutdown between Christmas and New Year. In addition all statutory public holidays will be honoured. SICKNESS: 2 week full paid leave per annum followed by a further period of 2 weeks at half pay. PENSION: A provision of 5% in addition to salary to be paid into a nominated pension. With yourself to contribute 5% as required of the Workplace Pensions Regulations. HEALTH CARE: Cover for self, subject to health check, provided by our third party scheme
