CTO/Head of Office/Tech Director – Berkshire – £150K + Package
Are you a talented hands-on CTO looking for an opportunity to be involved in a new office and country launch from day 1?
Austin Fraser is representing a trading company with over 1000 staff globally who are looking to land in the UK and establish a team of 20 senior engineers within the next 6 months.
You will be part 1 of that growth with early tasks being the establishment of office space and then the scale of a team from scratch.
The experience we are looking for is;
– Experience of scaling a team
– Stack experience of AWS, C++
– Ability to manage budgets and establish a base in the UK ie office rental and commercial setup
The company is well established globally and handles over 10 billion dollars of trades so this is a huge opportunity to embed in an already successful business with support for this scale-up.
