Job Description
We are working with a fast growing, driven company to recruit a Customer Service Advisor to join their team on a Full-Time Permanent basis in the Didcot area.
Offer package;
Role: Customer Service Advisor
Duration: Permanent
Location: Didcot
Hours: 8:30am until 5pm Monday – Friday
Salary: £15,000 – £16,000 per annum

Primary duties:
Being a point of contact for client/customer queries
Maintain accurate records relating to customer history
Able to handle daily sales and product enquiries
Develop and maintain customer profiles
Building relationships with customers
The ideal candidate will have:
Good communicating and influencing skills
Strong team working skills
Planning & organising skills
Good judgement and decision making
Results orientation and achievement against objectives, targets and KPIs
Flexible can-do attitude with a willingness and ability to adapt within the role
The ability to think and act independently; with customers and within the business
Good written, numerical and presentation skills
