Job Description
Customer Service Advisor – Lincoln
Temporary Full Time – 37 hours
Shifts from 8am – 8pm Monday – Sunday
£10.50 per hour
Do you have:
Excellent communication skills
Empathy and resilience when dealing with difficult calls
Experience of working in a busy call centre working to targets or deadlines.
As a customer service advisor you will be working within a friendly team supporting customers to make payments to their accounts, provide solutions to any difficulties the customer may be having in regards to their accounts and maintaing customer records.
The company run on shifts so availbilty from 8am – 8pm monday to sunday is preferred with rotas coming out three weeks in advance.
