Job Description
Our Client based in Dummer Hampshire who are a rapidly growing multi award winning business provide voice, data, mobile and cloud based solutions to business across the UK are looking for Service Assurance Agents either on a full time permanent basis. You will be situated within a brilliant supportive service assurance team where the focus is to triage support and resolve customer facing issues whilst delivering exceptional customer service to all clients.
Salary & Benefits
* £24-26k per annum
* Full time – Monday -Friday working hours between 08:00 – 18:00
* Free parking, Pension.

Duties and Responsibilities
* Act as primary contact for customers
* Ensure you are regularly communicating with clients while exceeding their expectations
* Understanding and resolving faults within SLA
* Triage, manage and aim to resolve incoming data faults whilst escalating to the data services team when required
* Maintaining a process driven work environment
* Collating and communicating fault information to ensure quick resolution
Skills and Requirements
* Strong customer service & communication skills
* Good network understanding (Essential)
* Comprehensive industry knowledge
* Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
* IT literate with competency in standard office applications
* Proven problem solving attitude and decision making skills
* Cisco CCNA Qualification or working towards desirable but not essential.
