Job Description

Recruiting Customer Service Professionals Now!

Thatcham

£23,000 to £29,000 DOE

Monday to Friday with two Saturday mornings a month

In partnership with my client, a UK wide Insurance Broker, we are looking for professionals who will be responsible for dealing with client enquiries during the term of the insurance policy.

You should be skilled at building up strong relationships with the ability to always deliver a first-class service.

You would be joining my client at a time of incredible growth which makes this a very exciting proposition.

The Role

* Providing an After Sales service to clients by developing positive, trusting and friendly relationships.

* Communicating effectively with the client to ensure that their instructions and requirements are being actioned.

* Collecting all client details accurately and updating the system correctly

* Providing advice and information clearly so that clients understand important data

* Continuing to personally develop through training and development provided by the company

The Person

* Having the ability to be proactive and find solutions to meet client needs

* Be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills and a professional outlook to business

* Continually evaluate personal achievements and review what’s required to raise performance to the maximum

* Can develop close working relationships with colleagues and always show a team spirit
