Job Description
An exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Executive to join our Horsham based client. Our employee-centric client operates withing the finance and investments space, offering a number of employee benefits and progression opportunities.
The successful Customer Service Executive will come from a regulated services background and be able to deliver a high level of customer service, in alignment with company SLA's.
Key responsibilities the Customer Service Executive:
Act as the first point of contact for customer and client problem resolution
Operate within agreed company SLA's
Responsible for owning a resolution process through to the satisfactory end
Offer prevention advice to customer and client after resolution
Follow processes and written and oral form, specific to KYC & Due Diligence, SLA Reporting, Client MI Transactions and support, and Issue Resolution
Start with technical focus and shift to customer serviceKey skills and experience of the Customer Service Executive:
Strength in delivering exceptional customer service
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Experience within a professional services background
Attention to detail and ability to build rapport quickly and easily
