Job Description
We are to recruit a Deputy Home Manager to work within an amazing, large sized residential home in Selby.
The Home provides dementia, respite, and palliative care to elderly service users.
The home has a 9.8 out of 10 rating on (url removed).
We are looking for an experienced Deputy Home Manager to work 40 hours per week on day shifts. The role will be a 50/50 balance between clinical and supernumerary which will be shared with the other Deputy Home Manager.
Nurse Qualified is preferred but not essential.
The annual salary as Deputy Home Manager will be dependent on experience and up for negotiation
We are looking for a Deputy Home Manager with elderly and dementia experience, preferably within a residential home environmentIt could be a great opportunity for a HM looking to take a step back.
