Job Description
Well-established practice in Cambridgeshire, offering hybrid working arrangements, seeks a talented Residential Property Fee Earner.
This is an exciting opportunity for a skilful fee earner with 1+ year’s experience in residential conveyancing to join our client’s bespoke firm in the Cambridge area. The successful candidate will handle independently own caseload of conveyancing matters and may be offered a position in other location within the county.

Responsibilities
Handling own caseload of residential conveyancing matters
Receiving instructions and providing legal advice to clients
Purchases and sales
Re-mortgage
Transfer of equity
Checking ID requirements, source of funds, gift deposits and risk assessments
Issuing contracts
Mortgage redemptions
Exchange of contracts
Checking and reporting of titles
Checking and reporting on mortgages
Checking and reporting on management packs
New builds
Unregistered land
Completion and post-completion mattersThe Candidate
Solicitor, legal executive or licensed conveyancer with at least 1 year’s experience in residential property matters
Confident to handle own caseload under minimal supervision
Well-organised and hardworking
Able to work independently and to tight deadlines
IT proficient
Has excellent client care and communication skillsThe Firm
