The Company:
Our client is leading distribution company operating across the UK and continental Europe

Main duties:
To be the main point of contact for clients on the UK & French speaking markets

The Role:
-Providing administrative support for the Commercial Managers
-Preparing and processing quotations
-Tracking shipments to ensure that all deliveries are made on time
-Coordinating with various departments within the company
-Maintaining the company database to ensure that all order information is up to date
-Handling all customer enquiries in a polite and efficient manner, both on the telephone and over email
-Translating documentation

The Candidate:
-Fluent in French (both written and spoken)
-Computer literate, especially with Excel
-Excellent communication skills
-A dynamic personality and a team player
-A natural problem solver

Salary: up to £30,000 pa DOE
