To meet their client's growing needs and expectations, the business has established industry vertical teams to develop innovative cross-functional solutions that have a transformative impact on how the Financial Service companies interact with and serve customers.
Reporting to the Global Financial Services Solutions Strategist, the Global Financial Services Solutions Manager will support the development of the Financial Services Community of Practice. The primary objective of this role is to provide support for global company teams in the development of a community that will work together to identify, pitch and win new business resulting from our new solutions.
This role requires a person who will:
Coordinate internal resources in a complex global matrix environment to facilitate the creation and evolution of a global Financial Services community.
Be the central first point of contact for inquiries, resources and information to support existing Financial Services client and pursuit teams.
Manage research teams to produce high quality insights and efficiently share knowledge and thought leadership to the company global Financial Services community.Key Accountabilities:
Financial Services Community Development
Identify internal client management and solution expert resources that are working on Financial Services accounts and prospect pursuits.
Deepen relationships with internal resources to facilitate productive bi-directional sharing of information.
Maintain roster of Financial Services accounts to include key resources, primary services, revenue and other important information.Community Engagement and Support:
Proactively engage with the Global Financial Services Community to generate awareness and usage of the services that the Global Financial Services organization can provide.
Field inquiries from internal global teams and connect them to the appropriate contacts and resources.
Coordinate internal global Financial Services Community of Practice meetings and communications.Thought Leadership Development and Curation:
Generate and package research requests for the Sales Enablement team.
Produce decks, briefs and other documents to effectively communicate thought leadership to the Global Community of Practice.
Curate thought leadership including white papers, case studies, podcasts, micro-sites and external research so that global team members can conveniently access information.
Conduct research and maintain information about prospects of interest.Professional Skills:
5+ years of consultative or agency experience required.
Solid understanding of marketing and the Financial Services industry.
Multi-lingual ability highly preferred (English, Spanish, French, German).
Experience in developing compelling thought leadership though presentations and white papers.
Well organized in order to be efficiently capture information about internal account and prospect activity that will be in a constant state of change
