Job Description

The semiconductor industry is the foundation of how progress is achieved within the technology sector. The technology is used in Smartphones, AI (Artificial Intelligence), 5G communications to autonomous vehicles and many more. The client has developed and pioneered a new technology which is set to take the semiconductor industry by storm.

Due to the continued growth of the company, there is a requirement to expand the Engineering Department by hiring a Software Engineer. The successful candidate will be involved with all activities including working on real-time machine control, automation, algorithm implementation, and UI.

In this role as Software Engineer, youll be tasked with the development and integration of machine control software (using C#), User Interface Design (WPF), and working across Systems Engineering, Mechatronics, Research, and Electronics.

What we would like from the Software Engineer:

Software experience using C# (or C++)
Using software for real-time control of machine movement (e.g., robotics)
Knowledge or experience of modern software development practices and processes
Knowledge of multi-threading techniques
