Job Description
Elevation Procurement & Supply Chain are delighted to be working with a major manufacturing organisation, based in Doncaster, in the search for a Graduate Level or recent Graduate, looking to secure a career within Procurement or Supply Chain as a Buyer/Expeditor.
Responsible for Purchase Order fulfilment, ensuring that all material is available from suppliers when required and ensuring that supplier delivery is on time and in full (OTIF). Having the ability to influence and build relationships with stakeholders both internally and externally will be key to this role.
Alongside this, experience with MRP Systems would be beneficial.
Key duties and responsibilities will include:
– Being held accountable for the management of a specific portfolio of categories and suppliers
– Ensuring the consistent flow of material and supplier delivery (OTIF)
– Implementing and developing strategies with the rest of the Operations team
– Key supplier stakeholder management
Elevation Procurement & Supply Chain would be keen to speak with candidates who have the following skills and experiences:
– Recent Graduate
– Strong with all IT suites such as Excel, Word and Outlook
– Strong commercial acumen
– Strong communicator, able to build relationships at all levels
