Job Description
Our client is seeking a food led Head Chef to take a good Village pub and put it on the map in a foodie paradise.
With great local produce from field to sea the limitations are only what you set yourself,
Set in pretty surroundings the pub boasts a healthy turnover of covers and can meet the demands with a great team from front to back of house.
The offer is as a Head Chef, leading the team, developing the menus, setting cleaning schedules and maintaining standards put in place by the Chef Patron who wants to take a back seat and allow the business to grow and develop with some new direction and inspiration.
Training and development of the current staff members will be a highlight of the position as the team are willing to learn and produce amazing food to head towards 2 Rosettes and accolades.
There is live in accommodation for anyone needing to relocate on a temporary basis
