We are working with a leading retail brand who are looking for a Head of Ecommerce to join their innovative marketing team and drive all ecommerce initiatives, ensuring continued growth.
Reporting to the MD & SLT, the successful Head of eCommerce/ Ecommerce Manager will be responsible for defining and leading strategies across all ecommerce touchpoints and be key to leading the omnichannel retail growth.
Key Responsibilities-
Lead Ecommerce strategy to include full P&L responsibility
Using your commercial acumen be highly analytical in helping develop the overall web strategy in relation to Omnichannel ecommerce.
Work with the Head of Marketing in developing the effectiveness and performance of data in the CRM, and reporting this to the digital team.
Develop and implement multi-channel trading working closely with other business teams.
Be a key representative for all eCommerce within the senior management team.
Experience requirements-
Previous ecommerce management experience with a solid knowledge of ecommerce operations and website performance.
Experience with Shopify ecommerce platform preferable
Previous experience/technical understanding across web platforms.
Excellent working knowledge of Google Analytics.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data to determine decisions and increase conversion.
Solid organisational and time-management skills, be deadline-driven and able to multi-task Education:
Degree educated and ideally from a consumer/FMCG/retail background with 6+ years strategic experienceExperience:
Excellent eCommerce experience with a wide knowledge of best practice in driving online sales of a premium brand
Prior track record managing full P&L, budgeting, reporting and forecasting
Proven background operating within an omni-channel environment, retail or pureplay ecommerce business
An analytical eye, able to measure site performance and identify improvements
A proactive and innovative approach to idea generation and implementation
Experience with growing an ecommerce business to a significant scale
Highly numerate with ability to analyse markets, spot trends and implement marketing initiatives accordingly
Digital Trading mentality a must with a real commercially focussed mind
