Randstad are currently looking for a number of Learning Support mentors in the Cambridge area to work with a Specialist College with ranging abilities and ages. As a Learning support mentor your day to day responsibilities will consists of empowering young people to achieve their personalised learning outcomes, adaptation of class resources and supporting students
The successful candidate will need to:
Adapt to the different needs of each child
Flexibly adhere to the needs of the pupils in a professional and friendly manner
Providing support to children on a 1 to 1 basis or in a group setting
Have a love for teaching children
Share the schools vision and core values
Creative,innovative and caring
