The candidate will be responsible for:
– overseeing all recruitment processes.
– ensuring that the SCR is managed and kept up to date.
– being the first point of call for all HR queries.
– advise on ER matters.
Profile
The successful candidate will have:
– experience working within an HR department within a school setting.
– extensive generalist HR knowledge.
– experience using HR systems (SIMS)
