Inbound Call Customer Service Representative
Entry Level Salary: £21,500
Full Time – 40 hours per week

What will your day look like
● Handling incoming calls dealing with a variety of customer queries
● Offering knowledge on the full range of my clients products, ensuring FCA compliance
● Accurately recording and amending customer details
● Providing innovative solutions to customer queries
● Owning a problem and taking responsibility to resolve it
Required skills
● Ability to navigate multiple systems and information screens whilst talking to our customers
● Clear, confident and polite telephone manner
