Job Description
IT Services Manager
£48,500 – £54,600 per annum
Remote but need to be able to travel to site (Batley) when required
Ark Search are partnered with a brilliant, forward thinking local healthcare provider to source an IT Services Manager/
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of all IT services as well as making sure that 3rd party services are performing in line with SLA’s.
You will be responsible for the management, training and leadership of a small IT Services team. You will also report back to Senior Stakeholders and the board of Governors.
Key skills required for this role:
• Supporting Complex IT Infrastructure
• Minimum of foundation ITIL with practical application experience
• Experience managing 3rd party services and budgeting in line with SLA’s
• Communication and engagement at all levels
• Management of staff including training and leadership
• Undertake Risk Assessments and It Governance
• Undertaking continuous service improvement and mitigating risk
