Behaviour Teaching Assistant

Qualiteach is currently working with a Pupil Referral Unit, who is looking to take on Behaviour Teaching Assistants immediately to work on a full-time basis, Monday to Friday, term time only. For this role you will mainly be classroom based and required to support their students during their lessons and manage behaviour when needed. All the students you will be supporting will have been removed from a mainstream school on a temporary or permanent basis, due to a lack of attendance, gang related issues and behaviour. Therefore, the school are looking for someone who has a positive mind set, who can encourage their students through their education and be able to act as a role model.

PRU

This PRU is in the South London brough of Wandsworth and caters for students aged between 8-18 years who have been removed from a mainstream school. They currently have 70 students who attend and in their last Ofsted in 2019, they were reviewed as 'Good' in all areas.
