Working with the software solutions delivery team, reporting to a Senior Software Consultant, you will work closely with your client, the team & your mentor, to gather SOW (Statements of work), implement change requests / Software & ultimately act as the project holder & technical "glue", with one of our main accounts.

Role: Junior Software Consultant. AKA: Implementation Consultant. Professional Services Consultant. Technical Business Analyst. Junior Project Manager. Software product Consultant.
Location – Anywhere in UK – Role is home based with remote delivery (in the main; this particular role will require some travel to France & very occasional visits to the London office). Truly a global company with 50+ heads in the UK (Main operations), but 300+ in total across the planet.
Salary – £45K + Benefits package

The role
You will be managing one particular (French) client implementation of our SaaS platform, with other clients as required. Projects ranging from a few days to 3 months+
You may also be involved in demonstrating the platform alongside Sales and Account Management teams (Solutions Architecture / Pre-Sales)
Gathering requirements working with Agile Development teams to ensure delivery
Working with account managers to keep clients informed on delivery timescales – Tracking projects using Jira, Confluence etc
Acting as the primary client contact during the delivery phase
Identifying commercial opportunities as they appear and looking to offer additional value to clients
You
Have a background in software delivery.
Emotionally intelligent & ability to adapt
Proactive approach to identifying or solving problems
Budding Software delivery & Project Management skills; wishing to take these further.
