Job Description
People Business Partner
Role purpose
A key member of the people function, helping to shape and ultimately delivering the people strategy across the business
Leading across the plan, attract, retain and develop lifecycle for our colleagues
Coaching and support for senior stakeholders, seen as a knowledgeable, curious and key member of your business teams
Using data and insight to drive performance across your business areas
Accountabilities
Work closely with business leaders and line managers to build their people capability, plan and manage talent and develop approaches that achieve shared organisational objectives
Be seen as a key member of departmental leadership teams contributing to their shared objectives and strategy
Delivery of the people strategy across your business areas
Creating strong working relationships with, and influencing your stakeholders to deliver value add to the business
Lead on people processes across your areas, driving fairness, consistency and transparency

Knowledge and experience
Previous experience of partnering business leaders in the field of HR
CIPD member
Grounding in commercial and business strategy
Cross industry / sector experience desired
Experience across talent, engagement and talent acquisition
Experience of building strong working relationships with senior business leaders
Data literate with the ability to tell a story and influence using business and people data
