£60,000 +- Car
ensure that sufficient qualified resources are available and effectively appointed to deliver projects, in line with the business processes and policies, safely, profitably and to the required levels of quality to achieve customer satisfaction.
Duties (Selection Of):
* Contribute to company processes and policies to ensure that they are relevant and efficient and forward plan resource demand.
* Manage levels of resource to match workloads and appoint internal and external staff and resources that are suitably qualified
* Make sure that standard processes are applied to all projects and systems are provided to allow this
* Comprehend each customer outcome and ensure that the project team are suitably briefed
* Understand project contract terms to ensure that the project team are suitably briefed
* Constantly manage project delivery levels and implement improvement where required
* Lisisie with regulatory authorities where any breach of legislation or guidelines is discovered and implement sustainable corrective action
* Proactively work with Management to review project & trend reports to identify opportunities for improvement
* Work alongside the Management Team to develop and implement the Business Improvement Plan
Skills/ Qualifications
Degree qualified ideally, RICS advantageous. Min requirement HND in Quantity Surveying / Construction Management or similar (alternatively time served)
* Ideally 5 years plus experience within a similar role/ industry
* Shopfitting, Fit Out, Fixturing, construction or similar background needed
* Good and effective communication skills combined with strong analytical and organizational abilities
* Ability to read and interpret construction specifications and contracts
* Ability to operate to processes and lead others to work within them
* Driven by innovation
* Full driving licence
