Job Description
An exciting part time opportunity to work as a picker / packer at our client's busy greeting card distribution centres.
Staffline is recruiting pickers/packers in Bretton Park, Dewsbury.
This part-time role offers fixed shifts working 30 hours per week Monday – Friday.
Available shifts include:
– Monday to Thursday: 6am – 2pm or 2pm – 10pm
– Tuesday to Friday: 6am – 2pm or 2pm – 10pm
Earn £9.80 per hour, with overtime available after 37.5 hours. Overtime is paid at £14.70 – £19.60 per hour.
Your Time at Work
As a picker/packer the responsibilities include:
– Picking customer card orders.
– Matching codes and quantities to ensure that the order is completed accurately.
– Data inputting on our IT system
– Accurately picking to set targets.
Our Perfect Worker
Our ideal picker/packer has strong organisation and time management skills. They are comfortable working using their own initiative as part of a wider team.
A good level of physical fitness is required due to the nature of the role – Pickers /packers spend a lot of time on their feet performing manual handling tasks.
Previous experience in a similar role is required.
