Job Description
We are recruiting for an M&E Engineer to take ownership of general maintenance operations on a prestigious and secure commerical building in the city of London. This will involve all building services Maintenance and hands-on duties.

This is a permanent role paying up to £48k for the ideal candidate.

M&EW Engineer
Continental shift
City of London
General maintenance & repairs
You will be responsible for the maintenance operations on all the facilities largely HVAC and M&E plant duties and associated kit to include:
– Electrical Distribution
– Lighting
– Emergency Lighting
– BMS and controls
– Heating and Boiler systems (including steam)
– Emergency, security and Fire systems
– HVAC, AHU and venting
– Switches and mains
– 3 phase
–
and general building services equipment
Hands-on duties, to include:
PPM and reactive maintenance
small works and refurbishment
General handyperson tasks and fabric duties
Requirements:
Qualified Electrician or Mechanical engineer – City and Guilds level 3
18th Edition
Experience of engineer Supervision
Experience of Maintenance operations
Excellent client liaison and customer service approach
Willingness to complete hands-on tasks
Familiar with pharmacutical or industrial facilities
