Management Accountant
Salary: £35,000-£40,000 per annum
Position Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Location: Stretford, Manchester
Hours: 40 hours per week – Monday-Friday 8.30am-5pm

An exciting opportunity has for a Management Accountant to join the company on a permanent basis. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking for career development to FD level in the future. Study support will also be offered in this role. There are two companies within the group who operate worldwide therefore dealing with different currencies.
Example of Responsibilities:
Act as an Assistant to the Finance Director of the group
Assist in preparation of statutory accounts
Prepare written commentary and variance analysis when required
Complete various projects to improve business reporting and efficiencies
Assist in all areas of Group financial reporting
Prepare the weekly cash flow reporting
Assist with and grow into preparing the month end management accounts
Help develop an effective monthly financial reporting pack
Essential skills:
Previous experience within in a similar finance position is essential
Part qual CIMA preferred however not essential
Must be able to commute to Stretford
Excel skills
Excellent communicator
Excellent attention to detail
Flexibility to work across a range of different finance functions
