Job Description
MMP Consultancy is seeking a Band 8a Operations Manager on behalf of an NHS Trust based in Cambridgeshire. The Operations Manager vacancy will last a minimum of 3 months with the possibility of extension or to be made permanent. The Operations Manager will work 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
The Operations Manager responsible to the Director of Estates and Facilities, Trust Estates team and clinical leads to ensure leadership and management of Facilities Management services. The Operation Manager will have two reports: the Soft FM and Hard FM Managers and will report into the Director of Estates and Facilities.
The Operations Manager will be responsible for the management of complex, sensitive situations across all staff disciplines, including organisational change, investigating complaints, and serious incidents.
The Operations Manager can expect to earn £35ph via an umbrella company. A PAYE rate can be made upon request
