We are on the search for a Recruitment consultant to join one of our most unique brands; Social Personnel. You will be working on our perm roles with an existing client base and be able to develop your skills and experience within a thriving company.
What does a day in the life of my new team look like?
Here at Diverse Recruitment Group, everyday really is different! You will be an integral part of the team, being part of the growth and success of an established brand.
Main responsibilities include:
* Sourcing for new candidates using a variety of headhunting methods
* Stakeholder management
* Business development of new clients
* Creating and managing recruitment adverts
* Managing end to end recruitment process
What do we need from you?
* A background in a Sales enviroment
* Capability to identify and source candidates using different channels
* Be able to build strong, positive relationships with candidates and clients
* Ability to prioritise tasks
* A genuine interest in Social Care
