Job Description

PMO Lead

Salary: c.£55K

Location: North Wiltshire/Gloucestershire area, at least 2 days per week in the office.

This is a unique opportunity to work with the director of Strategy & Transformation and shape an efficient Project Management Office with emphasis on ensuring that correct standards and processes are in place.

What you'll be doing:

* Create and manage project processes and guidelines such as milestone planning and audit/assurance.

* Analyse complex programme, project and portfolio management information.

* Gather data regarding projects in order to create clear and well crafted documentation and reports across the Change portfolio.

* Act as central point of contact for Project Management Office enquiries and admin support requests.

What we're looking for:

* Proven experience in leading a project management office.

* Financial services expertise.

* Substantial knowledge of project management frameworks and governance approaches.

* In-depth knowledge of PPM principles

* Expert IT skills, proficient with MS Project and Jira.
