The role would suit an experienced Project Leader, from a manufacturing or engineering background, with a proven record of planning and delivering projects on time and to budget. Applicants will have experience managing project processes, liaising with managers and internal departments.
This role will focus on designing, coordinating and managing project processes, working within the engineering support hub department, you will be responsible for all internal related engineering projects. You will assist manufacturing and engineering by developing strategies and assisting in the transition of design prototypes into cost efficient and high-volume products, ensuring compliance to all procedures and policies. You will analyse and recommend improvements to all production processes to facilitate cost reduction and quality improvement, collating data to prepare appropriate reports to present to senior management.

The role:
Assist manufacturing department and manage communication across all departments
Prepare project timelines and identify all resources requirement and evaluate financials for manufacturing processes
Ensure effective execution of projects according to required policies, procedures and government regulations
Ensure availability of required equipment, tools, test equipment and prototype parts
Analyse and recommend improvements to all production processes to facilitate cost reduction and quality improvement
Maintain knowledge on project status and prepare appropriate reports for senior management
The person:
Must be a good communicator and influencer
Relevant qualifications in engineering
Previous experience of working in similar environment with similar role responsibilities
Ability to maintain and improve effective working practices
