Job Description

We are seeking to hire PMO Project Manager to provide structured delivery support, to drive efficient delivery for our city builds. This will involve monitoring project plans, programmes, schedules, project risks and issues, organizing and participating in stakeholder meetings, and ensuring that project deadlines are met in a timely manner.
As Project Manager you will need to be able to work in a fast paced, quick changing environment on tight deadlines, be competent in using Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel.
Responsibilities:
· Managing a small team.
· Maintaining and monitoring project plans, programmes, project schedules.
· Organising, attending, and participating in stakeholder meetings.
· Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
· Ensuring project deadlines are met.
· Determining project changes.
· Undertaking project tasks as required.
· Developing project processes.
· Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks
· Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable.
· Ensure stakeholder views are managed towards the best solution.
· Chair and facilitate meetings where appropriate and distribute minutes to all project team members.
· Ability to work on tight deadlines.
· Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
