Our Client is one of the most iconic and well-known leading Motorcycle manufacturers in the World. Creating modern classics and with a healthy order book, it is our privilege to now be supporting them with the recruitment of an experienced Warranty Coordinator, this opportunity is working on a remote basis.
Job Purpose
Support the channel partners in the flow of the companies warranty process for all classes of goods,
end-to-end management of the process, ensuring the warranty Policies are being
followed, also making sure the warranty process is fit for purpose to support end
consumers. Control the warranty settlement process with channel partners.
Key Responsibilities
Owning and delivering the warranty policy and process;
Providing warranty system training and support;
Supporting the dealer network with resolving warranty queries
Ensure the warranty process is submitted in a timely manner to the headquarters;
Maintain control of the outstanding quality discussion and feedback to the dealers;
Participate in the companies technical forums for the status of the technical cases;
Goodwill control;
Make sure the reimbursement process to dealers is organised;
Organise the eFOR’s (Field Feedback);
Support warranty audit whenever required;Skills and Experience
Engineering or technical degree;
Warranty management;
Good Excel expertise;
